Deposit

To secure your date, a $100 USD deposit is required, which will be applied toward the total cost of your selected package.
This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
If you need to reschedule, we are happy to check availability with at least one week’s notice.

Delivery

Your gallery will be ready within 7 to 10 days. In some cases, it may be delivered sooner depending on the workflow. If for any reason you are seeing this information late, please contact us directly and we will be happy to review delivery options.

Maternity galleries are delivered within 10 to 12 days.

You may also add an expedited delivery service (1–2 days) for an additional $20 USD for any session.
Additional images are $10 USD per photo.

Punctuality

To ensure the best experience, we kindly ask you to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled session, considering possible delays due to traffic or distance.
In the event of late arrival, your session time may be reduced in order to respect the studio schedule. If the delay is significant, the appointment may be canceled.

Appointment Reminders

Appointment reminders are automatically sent 24 hours before your session via text message or email, using the contact information provided at the time of booking.

Example: if your session is at 2:00 p.m., the reminder will be sent at 2:00 p.m. the day before.

If you do not receive your reminder, please contact Photo Definition to confirm your appointment.

Privacy

Some photographs from your session may be used on social media, the website, or portfolio for promotional purposes and as a showcase of Photo Definition’s work.
If you prefer your images not to be shared, please let us know at the end of your session, and your request will be fully respected.

Reading and Acceptance of Policies

By booking and/or attending a session with Photo Definition, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all studio policies.
Photo Definition is not responsible for any issues resulting from failure to read or understand the information provided in advance.
